Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A valid street address is required for all orders.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Clear photo of the shipping label
  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to file a claim.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
